How I become a leader

Here is a story about my experience as the caption of my high school basketball team. But at the first, there was no basketball team at our school.It is a bad news to me.But this situation didn’t beat me. I start to find the solution .First, I chose my teammates who loves basketball like me.Second, I fond the coach who play a role as our brain.The last was to do a lot of paperwork which including the basketball court and the application forms. So here is the story about how I created the basketball team, now the team is still running and getting bigger now!
